What You Need to Know:

    The IRS determines which services qualify for HSA/FSA use. For a complete list of eligible medical expenses, refer to IRS Publication 502.

  2. Verification:

    • Please confirm with your HSA or FSA administrator whether the specific service you plan to book is covered.

    • We are unable to guarantee that our services will be reimbursed or considered eligible under your plan.

  3. Receipts and Documentation:

    • Upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt or invoice for your records.

    • You should keep all documentation related to HSA/FSA transactions in case of an audit.

Important Reminder:

Using HSA or FSA funds for non-qualified expenses may result in penalties and additional taxes. Always confirm eligibility before booking or paying with HSA/FSA funds.

A: Yes, we accept payments through the following platforms for your convenience:

Q: Do you offer refunds

We do not offer refunds for any services or products purchased. Instead, we provide spa credit under the following terms:

  1. Spa Credit:

    • Spa credit is issued to the original client only and is non-transferable.

    • Spa credit does not expire and can be used toward any future services or products with owner approval.

  2. Chargeback Policy:

    • Spa credit will not be issued to anyone who initiates an illegal chargeback.
